Appointments, booking, and payments
All services are by appointment only. Submitting the request form is not a confirmed booking — Traci will contact you to confirm a time. By requesting an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is due at the time of service, and prices are subject to change. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten your treatment so that following clients are not delayed.
Cancellations
Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service fee. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Results and health
Skin care results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Our services are cosmetic skin care and hair removal — they are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for care from a physician or dermatologist. Please tell your esthetician about allergies, skin conditions, medications (including retinoids or recent acids), pregnancy, or recent procedures before your treatment. Gift cards and promotions
Any gift cards or promotions are subject to their stated terms and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
